| Extra-virgin olive oil The variety is 100% Nostrana di Brisighella. The olives are grown and pressed following the EC rulesand regulations (CEE 1263/1996). We grow our olives following the rules of integrated fight and controlling the residuals of plant protection products. The olive-trees are very old with a well-balanced production and with no parasites. This oil is made with sound olives and it is medium spicy and bitter. It has a clear taste of slighlty mature tomato and a light taste of artichoke. It is a thick oil, since it is made from the single variety Nostrana di Brisighella. |
