Alcohol: 14,08 vol.% Reducing sugars: 0,10 vol.% Total acidity: 6,93g/l Dry extract: 18,97 g/l Suggested dishes: starters, pasta, cappelletti in stock, snails and cheese Serving temperature: 8/10°C. Made from Albana grapes, in part harvested around the middle of September and in part harvested at the end of October when the grapes are over ripe. The must thus obtained, after a cold clarification, is vinificated with inoculation of selected sways. This wine is straw yellow with a charachteristic fragrance and a dry taste, slightly tannic, warm, harmonic. It is good with pasta, fish (shell-fish) and white meat. |
