Di Romagna passito DOCG Albana Passito 2003 Made in: Monticoralli Faenza Grape variety: 100% Albana Aging: 6/8 years Organoleptic charachteristics: Colour: intense golden yellow Limpidity: brilliant Fragrance: peach, flowers, vanilla, wood Taste: sweet and spicy, supple and velvety Alcohol: 13,83 vol.% Reducing sugars: 7,25vol.% Total acidity: 5,95g/l Dry extract: 28,95g/l Suggested dishes: cookies, soft and mature cheese, candied fruit. Serving temperature: 10°C. It is made withering the over ripe and partially mouldy grapes. After 30/40 days the grapes are pressed and the must is put for 2 years in 225 lt. oak barrels and then bottled. It is good with cheese, biscuits and desserts in general. |
